How do I transfer my Nexus card points to my new Nexus mobile?

 

Inform cashier and simply call 0777 733 833 or 0112 303 500 and request for a transfer of points.

How do I earn and redeem points at other Nexus merchants other than Keells Super?

 

At present, only Keells Super is on Nexus Mobile. You can use your old Nexus card to earn and redeem points at merchant outlets until 30th November 2014.

Can I continue to earn points using my old Nexus card at Keells Super?

 

No. You will need to switch to Nexus mobile to continue earning / redeeming Nexus mobile points at Keells Super. However you can continue to redeem points with your old Nexus card until 30th of November 2014.

What happens if I lose my mobile phone?

 

Simply call our hotline and request to suspend your account temporally to prevent any misuse and activate the same after receiving the new SIM for your mobile number.

What if I want to change my mobile number which is registered with Nexus mobile?

 

Simply inform our call centre on 0777 733 833 or 0112 303 500 and request for a re-registration.

Do my Nexus points expire?

 

Yes. You have a maximum of 3 months after expiry where you will be entitled to claim your points.

Can I continue to earn and redeem Nexus points with my American Express card?

 

No. You will need to register with Nexus Mobile to earn and redeem points. You can either transfer your existing Nexus points from your American Express card to Nexus Mobile (Call our hotline on 0777 733833 or 0112 303 500 to transfer) or you can continue to redeem Nexus points with your American Express card until 30th of November 2014.

What do I do if I lose my Nexus mobile card?

 

Do not worry, you do not need the card to earn, redeem or qualify for an offer from Keells Super. Please call our hotline & inform us about the lost card in order to purchase a new one.
